    Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C, place fries on a tray, and bake for 25 minutes, shaking the tray twice during cooking. Serve with a grass-fed steak and bone broth gravy.

About Us

We believe real food should be simple, nourishing, and accessible to every family.

Born from a love of quality ingredients and a frustration with overpriced “healthy” products, we set out to change the way people think about everyday eating.

Our founder, James Graneri, worked in butchery and hospitality, where he learned the importance of respecting the whole animal and crafting food with care. With a young family of his own, he and his partner Stacey, wanted to create a better option: wholesome, grass-fed, locally sourced products that don’t cost the earth.

We’re proud to work with local farmers and producers, making small-batch, no-nonsense food that’s free from seed oils, gluten, and unnecessary additives. From our tallow chips to our traditional cured bacon, everything we make is designed to be both delicious and honest.
